As a consumer in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@helloslim.org within the withdrawal period.

Return the items unused, in their original packaging, within 14 days of notifying us. We refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, using the original payment method. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned if the sealed hygiene packaging is unopened.
